Most of our divers do not go just once. They come back — another sea, another boat, often with the people they met on board. Our membership programme grew out of that.
How coins reach your account
They are credited automatically as soon as an order is paid, with nothing to claim. The calculation is based on the pre-tax amount of your order. You will find them in your member area, with every movement listed.
You earn, you spend — no obscure conversion
One coin is worth €1. What you see in your account is exactly what you can deduct — up to 30 % of your basket, at checkout. On a €2,000 cruise, that is €600 off.
How long they last
Your coins stay valid for two years from the day you earn them. We email you three months and then one month before they expire, with the exact amount and date — you will not have to keep track.
A non-member earns none
That is the only real difference at the start, and one cruise makes up for it. A non-member accumulates purchases; a member accumulates credit.

When someone joins STM-Diving thanks to you, you receive 10 coins, then 5 more each time they renew. Depending on your level you also earn a percentage on their trips — and on those of the people they refer in turn.

Three situations, three calculations See the detail
You travel alone, one cruise a year
A €2,000 cruise earns you 200 coins, plus 25 as your annual bonus. In year two you set off with €225 already in credit.
You travel as a couple
Both places are paid from your account: the order reaches €4,000 and earns you 400 coins at once — enough to cover a good part of a future booking.
You refer three friends
Each one earns you 10 coins when they join. If they each book a €2,000 cruise, your VIP level credits you 300 more coins — €330 in total, without any of them paying a cent extra.
The maths is simple
A €2,000 cruise earns you about 200 coins. The welcome bonus adds 25, the anniversary bonus 25 more. That is €250 of credit before you have even booked the next trip — and it keeps growing while a friend you referred plans their own holiday.

When are my coins credited?
As soon as your order is paid. They appear straight away in your member area.
Can I pay for a whole cruise in coins?
No: the deduction is capped at 30 % of the basket. The remainder is paid normally.
What happens if I do not use them?
They stay valid for two years. You get an email three months and then one month before they expire.
Where can I see my balance?
In your member area, with every movement listed and the coming expiry dates.
