STM Travel UK and STM Diving announce the end of their partnership with STM Group Egypt
Hurghada / London, October 2025 –
STM Travel UK and STM Diving officially announce that they will no longer maintain an operating partnership with the Egyptian company formerly known as STM Travel (Egypt), part of the STM Group Egypt.
This strategic decision is designed to guarantee total independence, complete transparency and the ability to maintain the highest international standards of safety, quality and customer service.
As part of this transition, the Egyptian company will undergo a name and brand change, separating itself entirely from STM Travel UK and STM Diving.
“Safety and customer satisfaction have always been our top priorities,” says STM Diving management.
“This step allows us to set up new structures, modernize our procedures and further improve the quality and reliability of our Red Sea cruises.”
Reasons for change
Over the past few months, STM Diving and STM Travel UK have carried out an in-depth evaluation of their partners’ operating procedures, maintenance standards and quality of service.
The old structure limited flexibility and slowed down the implementation of necessary improvements.
The new organization now guarantees clear accountability, faster decision-making, and direct investment in improving on-board service and safety.
Impact on customers
STM Diving and STM Travel UK customers will continue to benefit from the same level of attention, professionalism and security.
All existing and future bookings will be managed directly by STM Diving and STM Travel UK, with no interruption to service.
